Hello Claus Bloggers,

Today is a big day! This is the first day where I will be documenting my daily life here! What better time to start than now right? Here is a little background about myself. I was born in a little city of Sioux Falls, South Dakota. I know what you're thinking. "where's that?" Well you would be shocked if I told you it is full of life and some of the best people you will ever find. I joined the United States Air Force early March of 2013. Since then I have traveled and finally stationed in the notorious city of Las Vegas, Nevada. I have deployed as of now one time to Afghanistan during the sundowning of Operation Enduring Freedom and the sunrising of Operation Freedom Sentinel. That was a long experience, but I feel more wise and culturally aware of the rest of the world. I then returned home where I met my beautiful wife Yaoyao in Las Vegas. We are young, but we somehow managed to buy a house here in Las Vegas. I have met many lifelong friends along the way.

I guess the hardest part of doing a life blog is where to begin. I'll start off with today. My wife and I woke up at her mom's house. Yaoyao is babysitting her little brother Adam. He is one of the cutest one and a half year olds around. Then we drove to our house on the other side of the city in our little Nissan Juke. It is weird for me when I wake up and see that there is no snow on the ground this time of year. (currently December) I guess that is a plus living in a dry/hot state, such as with living in Nevada. We then uploaded some new videos of me doing some Christmas shopping for Yaoyao. Don't worry, she didn't find out what I got her for Christmas luckily. I did a little of my CDC's which is a set of test subject books that were issued to me by the Air Force for promoting to Staff Sergeant. If you have any questions check out my other topic where I go in depth about the Air Force. My wife then set up a second little Christmas tree she found in a storage box that we didn't go through since we just moved into our new house. I also received a couple parcels in the mail. One of the items was a dual battery charger for my new GoPro Hero 5 Black camera that I bought on Black Friday of this year. The second item was a all aluminum frame for the GoPro camera. I was really happy about these items because I am trying to do a vlog of my life as well as this blog. You can watch my wife and I on YouTube on our channel Claus Vlogs. We both are pretty excited to start this journey. After we were done uploading and editing videos, and testing out the new GoPro equipment we went to Arby's to try a sandwich Yaoyao has been craving for. We then arrived at her parent's house again to go babysit Adam again. My wife started working on her homework as well as a outro video for our YouTube channel. I am writing this now before I get ready for bed. I will have to help my coworker out to move his family into his new home he bought and then after that go to my friend to find out the gender of his baby his wife is going to have! I am excited and glad you read through this and took the time to bear through my first blog ever. There will be more to come!
